Hi friends! Today I have a card using the Pineapple Perfection stamp set from Concord and 9th. I made this card with two challenges in mind:
I really wanted to incorporate some copper into my card, and originally planned on using some copper leaf. But in the end I went with copper embossing powder on the striped background.
As for the “ink only” prompt, I decided to add some ink blending on top of my stamped pineapple floral fillers. I had to use my favorite color combo of late: aqua, peach, and red. I used inks from My Favorite Things and Hero Arts (Pale Tomato, anyone? Yes please).
I ran the pineapple panel through my die-cut machine with a pierced rectangle panel from Avery Elle and adhered it to my striped card base with foam tape. Then I finished it off with a few clear Nuvo crystal drops (which are still milky in the photo below because I was too impatient to let it dry before picture time).
I am entering this card into the Inspired by all the Little Things challenge #64 and the Where Creativity Meets C9 challenge #13. Hope you all like it! I will catch you next time!
Those copper embossed stripes are so striking! LOVE your design! Thanks so much for joining us in the challenge this week!

Stripes, flowers, and pineapples…three of my favorite things and a definite winning combo for a card. Love this! Thanks so much for joining us for our Ink Only Challenge at Where Creativity Meets C9!
